INDEED, people who cry a lot are mentally stronger than those who don’t. In the society, crying isn’t a seen as desirable trait. People who cry a lot are seen as weak, yet the reality is that crying is good for us. Crying reduces stress and it’s a healthy response to anger, frustration and sorrow. Studies show that 88 percent of people feel better after crying. It takes a brave soul to expose strong emotions in front of other people. Crying means you are knowingly inviting people into your heart at the risk of being judged of belittled and you are not scared. There's nothing greater than being able to face your feelings coming to terms with our problems helps us handle different situations. Sometimes life shows us flames and we go through things we never imagined. But guess what? We are allowed to be brave and cry. THE school was built in 1986 to create for a population of 360 pupils, but today the pupils population has risen to 1,100 with same structures.
